Can I add an item to an existing order?
If your order has not been shipped then yes you can. If the delivery company already received it then unfortunately you will have to make a new order.
How much is the delivery charges?
Depends on your area, it will appear while checking out.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Mostly we ship it the next day. For example, if you ordered on Sunday, then you will receive it on Monday. In some cases (depends on the amount of order) it will take 2 days.
I have received my order, but I would like to exchange size / color / item?
We absolutely can do that if the color / size or item is in stock and you will be charged for the delivery company (depends on your area).
If the color / size or item is out of stock, and you do not wish to exchange it with any other order, we can make you a refund. Please check our Return Policy.
I have received my order, but there is an item missing?
Just send us an email or reach out through Instagram and we will ship it the next day without any charges.

Do you ship outside Kuwait?
Yes, we do to GCC ONLY through DHL.
